Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete data associated with MyCenterPlus CRM, please send a request to chanwit_m@proclick.co.th.
What To Include
Please include your name, business or Page name, Facebook Page ID if available, workspace name, and a short note saying that you want your data deleted.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize relevant Facebook Platform Data, conversation records, lead records, platform connection data, and workspace data that we are no longer required to retain for legal, security, or operational purposes.
Response Time
We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
