MyCenterPlus CRM is a conversation platform, CRM, sales pipeline, AI assistant, and business intelligence tool for businesses that manage customer conversations from channels such as LINE Official Account, Facebook Messenger, websites, and other connected platforms.

Information We Process

When a business connects its messaging platforms, we may process customer profile identifiers, display names, message content, conversation timestamps, lead details, staff activity, platform connection status, and related CRM records needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to display conversations in the CRM inbox, route messages to staff or AI assistants, create and update leads, measure response and conversion performance, maintain platform integrations, secure accounts, and troubleshoot service issues.

Facebook Platform Data

If a business connects a Facebook Page, MyCenterPlus CRM uses Facebook permissions only to let authorized page administrators select a Page, receive Messenger events through webhooks, verify the connected Page, and send replies on behalf of that Page. We do not sell Facebook Platform Data.

Data Sharing

We share data only with the business account that owns the workspace, authorized staff users, connected platform providers required to deliver messages, and service providers that help operate the CRM. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

Workspace data is retained while the business account remains active or as needed for legitimate business, security, legal, and operational purposes. A workspace owner may request deletion of account data.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated admin sessions, platform tokens, and operational safeguards to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect customer and business information responsibly.
